MBA in Human Resources
The Fox School Of Business and Management offers an MBA with an HRM concentration. Within this concentration, the HRM department suggests one of two tracks, respectively called the "Human Resource Management" (HRM) track, the other the "Organizational Dynamics" (OD) track. We see the HRM track as competing with the typical HRM concentration or major in other MBA programs. It will be designed to help students develop their skills for employment in functional HR positions. The OD track prepares students of any functional background to improve their general management perspective and skill.
