Dr. Jugoslav S. Milutinovich

Over the past thirty years, Dr. Milutinovich has had a successful teaching career. His past business experiences include being the Vice President of Bentontite Mines Co., Purchasing Manager of Duga Paint Co., and Production Manager of J. Felsenfeld Co. After obtaining his Ph.D. from New York University, Dr. Milutinovich joined the Fox School of Business. He has taught numerous graduate and undergraduate courses: management, managerial decision-making, operations management, MIS and decision support systems, as well as behavioral sciences in administration. Currently, his research activities are focused on the application of neural networks analyses in measuring productivity and profitability in organizations. Various publications of Dr. Milutinovich’s have appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Cybernetics and Business Automation, Human Relations, R & D Management, Business Horizons, Journal of Network and Systems Management, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks, Information Systems Review among several other journals. He has also coauthored the book Managerial Decision Making in Administration: Text, Critical Incidents and Cases.
