Candidate Review & Selection - Fox EMBA

Admission to the Fox EMBA program is a competitive process in which each candidate's professional experience, ability to contribute to the senior-level classroom experience, aptitude, potential and managerial skills are assessed. Enrollment is limited and participants are chosen based on their ability to bring unique skills and experiences to this cohort learning environment. 

Selection factors include:

  • Application
  • Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT score may be waived based on prior academics and/or technical and professional experience)
  • College transcripts (degree and non-degree)
  • 2 letters of recommendation
  • Resume
  • Full time professional work experience. The typical Fox EMBA student has an average of 16 years of work experience, of which 11 years is in a management role. 
  • Potential to assume the responsibilities of senior managerial positions
  • Ability and motivation to participate in and contribute to a highly interactive, intense classroom work environment
  • Time and willingness to make a two-year personal commitment to attend classes and to participate in program-related activities
  • Admissions interview

All candidates must be sponsored by their organizations. Sponsorship means agreement to allow candidates to attend classes on scheduled Fridays and may include full or partial tuition support. 25% of students do pay their own tuition.
