All teams declaring their intent to compete will be assigned a senior executive mentor and will also receive Frank Fiore’s book Write a Business Plan in No Time. No need to RSVP.
The competition is open to all Temple students, alumni, faculty and staff. Students are encouraged to work in groups which can include non-Temple members.

Details: In this workshop participating faculty will be able to raise and discuss any issues related to grading policies and the assignment of course grades. Topics which may be of interest include: Determining a reasonable number of graded assessments for your course; Focusing on learning outcomes in the design of assessments; Providing students with assessment preparation strategies; Arriving at the relative weight of course components (exams, quizzes, projects, etc.) in determination of course grades; Using rubrics to increase grading efficiency, consistency, and transparency; Grading Guidelines for the Fox School of Business and Management

Students were asked what teaching styles they respond to and also what they find discouraging and counterproductive in the classroom. Results from a survey completed by over 500+ Fox students will be revealed and discussed!
Select Fox student representatives will be on hand to comment, elaborate and answer any and all questions.
