Unique Features & Highlights of the program:
One year format — The IMBA follows an intensive, one-year calendar, similar to the European MBA model. Courses are in English and are delivered by an international faculty
Tri-continent learning experience in the world's major economic regions — from course work in international business, engagements with the local business communities in each city, and managing daily life in each region, IMBA students build a repertoire of international experience
Management Consulting experience for all participants — Our award-winning "EMC: Enterprise Management Consulting" practicum provides an applied learning experience for ALL IMBA students. In the "EMC", students conduct a strategic-level consulting project for a multi-national enterprises that are introducing innovative, emerging technologies, products or services. Student teams have served client-entrepreneurs in Ireland, the U.K., Israel, France, Russia, India and the U.S.
International & integrated curriculum — all courses are taught in English and professors focus on the international perspective in each discipline. Content, pedagogy, and case material are coordinated so that each semester builds on prior skills, theories and concepts
Career Management & Personal Development — students enhance their skills through leadership and career planning workshops. Individual guidance and coaching is provided to assist students as they target their industry and companies of choice.
Global Networking Opportunities — through a co-curricular speaker series, company visits and networking events in each city, participants build a portfolio of contacts for developing a sophisticated global network of professionals & MBA colleagues.
Intercultural environment — the annual student cohort brings together students from many nationalities and backgrounds. IMBA students have come from over 40 countries. Through study in three distinct regions, students gain personal awareness of diverse business cultures.
